What is Home?
Home is a familiar feeling, a sense of place, and a state of mind, but in this particular case, Home is an American Lager cold brewed to perfection to achieve a superior quality product and optimal cold refreshment.
Founded in 2022, Circular Beer Co. is a sister company to Knotted Root, located in the rustic mountain village of Nederland, Colorado. Where Knotted Root focuses on rotational & experimental beers with an emphasis on pushing boundaries of both flavor and artistic expression, Circular Beer Co. takes the opposite approach.
Inspired by domestic & regional lagers from around the world, the concept and philosophy of Circular Beer Co. is rooted in simplicity, consistency, and approachability. For the time being, we are focusing on the production of a single, flagship American Lager, aptly named, “Home.” Our signature beer is built upon a traditional base of American malt with a classic, yet subdued, European hop character. After a slow fermentation process, “Home” is then set to rest for an extended period of time to achieve its signature flavor and crisp profile.
With the long term goal of growing “Home” & Circular Beer Co. into a regional lager brand, we are excited to see where this new venture takes us and we welcome you to join us on this journey. Welcome Home.
